Is NextOrg open source?
The source is available: NextOrg is licensed under the Business Source License (BSL 1.1). Private, non-commercial use is free of charge (Additional Use Grant); commercial use requires a license. At the latest four years after a version is published, its license automatically converts to Apache 2.0 (Change Date).
What are the system requirements?
macOS (DMG) and Windows (installer); Linux packages are planned. Details will follow on the download page.
What does NextOrg cost?
Private, non-commercial use is free (Free tier, up to 5 devices). For commercial use there is the Pro annual subscription with the complete feature set; for companies and teams, custom enterprise offers.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Any time until the end of the term via the form in the customer area โ no hurdles. After expiry the Free tier applies again: your data remains fully accessible, only Pro features are deactivated.
How does the annual subscription renew?
With credit card or SEPA direct debit we renew automatically after a reminder email (14 days in advance). With an initial Klarna purchase you receive a reminder email with a renewal link โ nothing is ever charged automatically without a stored payment method.
How do I get a refund?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. After withdrawal your license key is deactivated immediately and the invoice is cancelled. Details: withdrawal notice.
Which data does the website process?
No tracking or analytics data, no advertising cookies. Only technically necessary data (e.g. the session in the customer area). The privacy policy has the details.
