Skeleton per section 8 of the shop analysis — legal wording to be finalized (TODO). Note: the German version of this page is the legally binding one.
1. Subject of the contract
TODO: license scope (feature flags, device count qty), scope of the software.
2. Subscription term and cancellation
TODO: Pro annual subscription, cancellation at any time until the end of the term, self-service in the customer area.
3. Renewal procedure
TODO: reminder email 14 days before the term ends; automatic renewal only with a card/SEPA mandate; with an initial Klarna purchase, active renewal via a renewal link. No automatic charge without a stored payment method.
4. Prices and price adjustments
TODO: gross prices; loss of small-business status (+19% VAT) as a covered scenario; total subscription amount (12 × monthly equivalent) per price indication rules.
5. Withdrawal
14 days from the conclusion of the contract; the license key is deactivated immediately and the invoice cancelled. See thewithdrawal notice.
6. Support and assignment
